I run a crawl and check Search Console visibility before responding, usually within one working day. The reply already has something useful in it.

Before you write
Is the call actually free, or is it a sales call?
Free, and you get the findings whether you hire me or not. I would rather spend twenty minutes finding out we are not a fit than spend a month on an engagement neither of us wanted.
What does an engagement cost?
Three shapes: a fixed scope audit with a prioritised fix list, a monthly retainer working alongside your dev and content team, or a defined project such as a migration or an international rollout. Price depends on site size and how much of the implementation you want me to own. I will give you a number on the call, not three weeks later.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. A good part of my work is white label technical support for agencies who are strong on content and links but do not have a specialist for migrations, log file analysis or international setups. I can stay behind the scenes or join client calls, whichever your account team prefers.

Can you look at what the AI assistants say about us before the call?
Yes, and I usually do. Send the category and one competitor and I will run ten prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Mode before we speak, so the call starts with who gets named rather than with a pitch.
